In the world of a teacher. students are the central of focus.
如 果 你 是 我 的 学 生， 你 就 一 定 要 很 努 力 读 书。 不然， 老 师 将 会 很 失 望。
If you are one of my students, I expect you to be hardworking and concentrate on your studies. Otherwise, all the teachers who are teaching you, including me, would be very disappointed.
如 果 你 是 我 学 生 的 家 长， 请 您多 多 关 心 您 的 孩 子。 不 然， 孩 子将 会 很 失 望。
If you are the parents of my students, i hope more care and concern would be given to the student's well being. Otherwise, the child would be very disappointed.

I believe both parents and teachers have to work hand in hand to bring out the best results in a students be it academically or morally.
